Whitewell Holiday Park Information
Everything you need to know about our park, history and location.
Whitewell Holiday Park is a small, family-run caravan park situated in Tenby, Pembrokeshire. We offer seasonal touring pitches and static caravans for sale.
Set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Whitewell provides the perfect base to enjoy the coastline, with the opportunity to own your own holiday home by the sea and make the most of regular breaks throughout the season.
Our History
Whitewell Holiday Park is a 21-acre site steeped in history. Originally a working farm and at the heart of the local community, the site was converted into a campsite in the 1960s and still retains many of its original features.
The Grade II listed 18th-century farmhouse can still be seen on-site today. Previously used as a bed and breakfast, it has since been converted into the manager’s residence.
The 14th-century Grade I listed Whitewell ruins can be found adjacent to the site. Little is known about these medieval ruins, although they are believed to be the remains of an early manor house.
The Old Barn sits at the centre of the site and remains in use today, housing the main facilities hub, including the Whitewell Clubhouse, Cegin Cerys, and the laundrette.
Park Location
Whitewell is a spacious, well-maintained park with a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere and strong community spirit.
Located within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the park is surrounded by rolling countryside and natural beauty. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path can be accessed just across the road from the site.
Turn right for a short walk to Lydstep Beach, or turn left to follow the coastal path towards the historic, walled town of Tenby via its stunning South Beach.
Whitewell is ideally situated to enjoy all that Pembrokeshire has to offer, including a wide range of family attractions, beaches, historic castles, and National Trust sites. The area is also popular with walkers and cyclists.
